• Free delivery is only available for UK Mainland orders over £75. Orders for Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Higlands and Islands, and Non-UK Mainland are not included in this offer.
• Our standard delivery charge ranges from £2.50 to £8.00 for UK mainland orders pending on the contents and weight of your order.
• Orders for Isle of Man, Scottish Higlands and Islands, and Non-UK Mainland range from £3.00 to £20.00, depending on weight of order, an accurate delivery price with be given at checkout.
• We quote between 3-5 days delivery if product is in stock. If out of stock customer will be notified within 24 hours.
• All damages must be reported within 24 hours without exception by email to info@britishlighting.co.uk.
• Deliveries normally arrive between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
• If order is over 2kg it will be sent by UK Mail and signature will be required. If under 2kg order will be sent Royal mail.
• If purchase is being sent outside of the UK You can track the delivery of your goods after receiving your tracking reference
• You can enter a separate delivery address for your order at the time of purchase on the website.
• Dispatch of your goods will occur only after satisfactory authorisation of payment.
